Return Policy

We would need your signature when receiving the order:


Face to face inspection:

You should inspect all the goods' condition and before you sign for receiving. 

You can refuse the product if you find any defect and contact Brandco Direct customer service. Your signature means you are satisfied with the products in your order. 

In order to server you better, we will provide you a quick survey for the products you receive and your satisfaction with our service after you receive your order. We always make unremitting efforts to provide best possible service


Entrusted receiving:

The entrusted person’s signature is equivalent to your signature. 

If you are not available to receive your order and cannot find an entrusted person for your order, we will leave your order at a location appointed by you.  Brandco Direct will not be responsible if the product is damaged or missing. 

Our delivery staff will bring your order back to our distribution center if we cannot reach you on time. You will need to pay $5.00 (before tax) for each additional delivery.


Return /Cancel order:

If you want to cancel the order you just placed, you will need to contact our customer service within six hours after you place your order .  If the order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel. You will then need to contact our customer service for the return and bring the products to our Distribution Centre. Our delivery driver wouldn’t be able to accept any return. Shipping charge is not refundable. 

The refund will be deposited to your account on BrandcoDirect.com. You can apply the amount to your future purchase(s). 


Please Note:

  • You should fully check the product condition and expiry date when you receive your order
  • You should go through the food ingredients before consumption

Food and Beverage:

  • You can return the product within 7 days of your purchase
  • You must return the product in the same manner as it was delivered unless there is quality issue with the product


Personal Care / Cosmetics:

  • You can return the product within 7 days of your purchase
  • We don’t accept return on personal supplies and cosmetics unless there is quality issue with the product


Baby Products:

  • You can return the product within 7 days of your purchase
  • We don’t accept return on infants and baby product unless there is quality issue with the product


Nutrition and health care products:

  • You can return the product within 7 days of your purchase
  • You must return the product in the same manner as it was delivered unless there is quality issue with the product


Others

  • You must return the product in the same manner as it was delivered unless there is quality issue with the product


We don’t accept return on purchase from discounted sales unless there is quality issue with the product.

Brandco Direct will be responsible exchange of product(s) if the product found damaged on delivery or we delivered wrong product by mistake. We will deliver the good product to you for exchange in the next delivery day in your area.


If you purchase the wrong product, buy too much, or any other reason,please fill out return form and contact our customer service within seven days in case you wish to return or exchange your ordered products. Our Customer Service Representative will be very happy to assist you for exchange or refund.
